Every child is different and some children very quickly and others don't. The excitement of new surroundings and playing with other children can mean at first children settle and a few weeks after starting may become unsettled. Your child will be allocated a key person who will help your child settle and they will work with you and your child to help the settled. If we have any concerns about your child we will always ring and discuss these concerns with you. Between us we can overcome any difficulties.
If your child is sick and unable to attend we ask that you telephone us and let us know. If your child is sick during the day you will contacted straight away for you to come and collect them. We have a no return policy for 48 hours after sickness or diarrhoea.
