SEND - Special Educational Needs and Disabilities


We aim to provide an environment supporting all children’s learning and development. We offer a secure, safe, happy, child friendly environment where everyone is welcome and included.

We work in partnerships with parents/carers and professional. We promote equal opportunities, removing barriers for all children, parents, carers and staff. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, culture or disability.

We believe every child is unique and deserves the best possible start in life. We support all children to fulfill their potential enabling them to make a smooth transition to future educational settings.

Our purpose built building Providing is fully accessible building accessible toilet for children and adults. 

Resources and activities are accessible at a child friendly level. We display a visual time table to assist children with the routine in sessions.

For  children with English has an additional language we have bi lingual books, resources and games in their home culture. We work in partnership with parents, learning key words and phrases and use these with the children.

Our staff team are hold specific Early Years Educator qualifications together with a member of staff holding a Specialist SENDCo qualification who is assisted by another member of staff with SEND experience and qualifications. We are passionate about improving all children’s language & literacy skills. W
